Overview
This article explains how to resolve an issue where student names don't populate under Class Management in ITTS Online.
FAQs / Solutions
This is caused when one or more students have the accent character ( ` ) in their name.  To resolve the issue each teacher can check the students in their class(es) or the School/ District Admin can check each teacher’s class(es) to see if there is a student with an accent character in their name.  If such a student is found edit the student’s name and remove the accent character.  This should resolve the issue.
 
If all the teachers, or the School/District Admin, have checked all the students in their classes and edited any student(s) that had an accent character in their name, but the issue is still occurring, then there may be students that are not enrolled in a class that have the accent character in their name.  If you suspect this to be the case, please contact Digital Technical Support by phone at (800) 437-3715 Monday through Friday 7am to 8pm EST or by submitting an online request.
