How to fix the issue of the Students in School list not populating in the Class Management screen.

This is caused when one or more students have the accent character ( ` ) in their name.  To resolve the issue each teacher can check the students in their class(es) or the School/ District Admin can check each teacher’s class(es) to see if there is a student with an accent character in their name.  If such a student is found edit the student’s name and remove the accent character.  This should resolve the issue.
 
If all the teachers, or the School/District Admin, have checked all the students in their classes and edited any student(s) that had an accent character in their name, but the issue is still occurring, then there must be a student(s), that isn’t in a class, that has a name with an accent character.  In that case contact DTS at (800)437-3715.
