This article walks teachers through how to reset their Connect password.
FAQs / Solutions
If you know your current password:
  1. Log in to Connect.

  2. Select My Account at the top of the page.

  3. Select the Password tab.

  4. Enter your current password and the new password you would like to use.

  5. Click Submit.


If you do not know your current password:
  1. Click the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the Connect login page, or click here to access the Forgot Your Password page.

  2. Enter your email address and click Submit.

  3. Enter a new password.

  4. Re-type your new password.

  5. Answer your security question.

  6. Click Submit.

If your email address is not found in the system or if you are unable to reset your password for any reason, please contact our Digital Technical Support team at 800-437-3715 Monday-Friday 7AM-8PM EST or by submitting an online request.
