FAQs / Solutions
A master code is a 16 character, alpha-numeric access code available for the Master Code Holder to distribute. It allows access to the online student or teacher edition. There will be one code per title, per purchase.

A Master Code Holder is a person at the district or site that has been designated to maintain and distribute the Master Codes to the teachers. Your Master Code Holder may be the same person that orders or distributes your physical textbooks and other printed resources. If you contact McGraw-Hill Digital Technical Support we will be happy to provide you with the contact information.
