FAQs / Solutions
A master code is a 16 character, alpha-numeric access code available for Master Code Holders to distribute to teachers. It provides access to the online student or teacher edition of a book. There is only one code per title, per purchase.

A Master Code Holder (MCH) is a person at the district or site that has been designated to maintain and distribute Master Codes to the teachers. Your Master Code Holder may be the same person that orders or distributes your physical textbooks and other printed resources. If you contact McGraw-Hill Digital Technical Support, we can provide you with the contact information for a MCH at your site/district.
