I am having difficulties purchasing ALEKS online, who do I contact?
 
- Contact the CARE Technical Support team at (800) 331-5094 or Contact Us
 
I purchased ALEKS online but never received my ALEKS registration code. How can I retrieve it?
 
- A confirmation email was sent that contains a link to access your registration code.
 
ESCALATION:
 
- If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact Customer Service at (714)-619-7090 or http://support.aleks.com

- If you did receive a confirmation email and cannot locate your order number, please contact CXG at (800) 331-5094. We will confirm whether or not our records show a purchase made for you. If this information is retrievable, we will provide you with the order number so that you may contact 

 
Who do I contact if my ALEKS registration code is not working?
 
- If you already have a registration code but it is not working, contact the ALEKS support group.
Who do I contact if I don’t have my instructors ALEKS course code?
 
- You will need to contact your instructor directly
